Laurie’s Session is aimed at improving the networking skills of AYP members including:

• Modern etiquette for networking events
• Starting and ending a conversation
• Converting conversations into meaningful business connections

Laurie Sharp, Head of Coaching and Development at ASB Bank
Laurie’s prime focus is on people development, leadership and coaching professional (soft)
skills. He has worked with a number of internal and external groups, including the likes of
the New Zealand Law Society, The Institute of Chartered Accountants, BDO, Deloitte, KPMG,
Coca Cola and Mitre 10.
