AYP x IML Lunch & Learn: Leading Difficult Conversations

  • The Bridge at Britomart Place Level 10, Generator / Britomart Place Auckland, Auckland, 1010 New Zealand (map)

Join us for another Lunch & Learn with the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia & New Zealand (IML ANZ) as we discuss how to Lead Difficult Conversations.

We are required to have difficult conversations every day - it might be asking your boss for an extension, providing feedback to a colleague, disagreeing with a partner or friend, or breaking bad news to a client. Difficult conversations often explore issues that people would rather avoid, however, they are essential to maintaining open and honest communication and good relationships – be that in the office or at home.

This Lunch and Learn session, presented by Nick Everitt, Corporate Solutions Manager at IML, will assist you in understanding the importance of conducting these difficult conversations, the positive outcomes they can produce, and provide tips on how to best prepare for them.

We are thrilled to have Nick Everitt from the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia & New Zealand (IML ANZ) with Auckland Young Professionals (AYP) in discussing how mastering difficult conversations—both at work and in personal life—can foster open communication and strengthen relationships.

Join us at The Bridge at Britomart Place (Generator, Auckland CBD) and use this opportunity to a have meaningful conversation with a seasoned leader and other young professionals.

By joining this event, you are providing AYP with permission to share your details with IML ANZ for the purpose of this event and general marketing purposes.

Limited tickets are available. Reserve your ticket HERE!
