Young Professionals are under more and more significant time pressure and constraints in their working life. Achieving and sustaining an optimum level of performance is paramount to most young professionals, yet challenging due to this highly demanding context they operate in.

This workshop will help participants make important connections between effective stress management, maintaining resilience plus prioritising sufficient recovery and sustaining both optimal health as well as performance.

It offers participants an opportunity also to assess their current resilience levels and identify strategies to enhance it.
