What’s it like being a young female entering the workplace today?

As a young woman entering the workplace, there can be a number of challenges you have to navigate in order to advance your career. Women often have to put in extra effort to prove themselves as they can be held to higher standards. Gender bias, sexism and glass ceilings are just some of the issues young women face every day.

Come along to listen to AYP’s panel of young professionals talk about their experiences, ways they have navigated through these issues and how we can support each other as we progress through our careers.

If you’re a young woman starting out in your career, we’d love you to join us and share your story.

This event is jointly hosted by the University of Auckland Business School Alumni Office and Auckland Young Professionals.
