We all feel like we need more time in our day. According to a recent study by DDI, 9 out of 10 people feel stressed at work. Not having enough time to get everything done was listed as one of the primary reasons behind this stress. To remedy this, we need to take control and focus our efforts on what matters most. Time management is essential for all roles and levels of responsibility. This short taster session will provide you with tips and techniques to make better decisions and prioritise your work so you can be more effective with your time in the workplace.
